They had some maintenance issue with their air conditioning, so they transferred us to a different hotel which was horrible. If they had cancelled my booking with any charges I would have booked somewhere else where I would be comfortable. I am not ready to risk it any further thus I'm never booking here again

The hotel cleanliness is maintained very well. The rooms are enough comfortable for a short stay. Food was great.

The room services were not good. They had a delayed response for any queries or services. There was not staff available to bring our luggage to the room during check in or out to the car when we checked out. Parking is too narrow
