The room freshner they use in the lobby area. Smells like sweat. Wash basin in bathrooms ridiculously small.

Good location, comfortable stay. Food was reasonably good .

Confusion during check in . So took more time for checking in.

The shower has good pressure. Nothing much to like about the property due to disrespect staff and management. The owners obviously turn a blind eye

IF YOU STAY DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. PAY AT CHECKOUT. ANY ISSUES BOOKING.COM WILL NOT ASSIST. The welcome by the two females at reception is a cold as the breakfast! A smile costs nothing and it is welcomed after a long journey. They pretend to understand and speak English, but it is minimal. Do not provide WiFi details on check-in so guests constantly having to contact for details. You only have to stand by reception to see this disaster in action. The noise: even after 22.00 the staff continue to make noise on the rooftop. As there is a clear lack of management at this hour guests have to resolve the issues. Threatening and screaming at staff to stop. Only visible management are two boys! Penny pinching by the hotel. I had to go to the rooftop and to reception in my night clothes for the issue to be resolved. The staff available at this time do not speak or understand English, hence Mr Hotel Manager was contacted via mobile. And we make no apologies for it. If the hotel know they have a function, why allocate rooms directly below the rooftop? When reception are questioned, they behave in a muted manner! Breakfast: at start of breakfast the food is cold. Eggs to order take at least 20 minutes, then the wrong order is presented, the re order produces raw eggs! No competent management in place to deal with. Staff are unwashed and half asleep. The bathroom: toilet seat is dirty. The bathroom turns into a paddling pool due to the position of the shower head. This is very dangerous! Filtered water: provided as complimentary in the room. How long has it been sitting there? If this hotel is environmentally friendly then why not put water stations on every floor instead of guests having to buy packaged water? The hotel charge for use of cutlery and crockery. Having travelled extensively around India, this is a first. Please go and buy from Reliance Smart. Location: no restaurants nearby. Just a very busy road. No choice if you arrive late, but to eat in. Penny...

Food and care the staffs gave, but it's a compact space of many rooms. Hall in the groundv floor was used by some other person rather than the staying quest so quite messed up at night. Beds were good and comfy.

I didnt like the very narrow parking facility. there was no lift from B2 parking. No valet parking, which means we are supposed to walk the 2 floors to get to reception and go 2 floors down to get the car out. Parking path was so narrow.
