poor wifi, instructions on how to operate the heat and air would be helpful, otherwise clean and cozy, a little noisy due to traffic, and if you don't want to hear someone stomping around above you request a top room

I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. It was myself and my adult daughter. We both had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return someday. Todd - Florida

We thoroughly loved exploring Covington, great dining and very walkable. The property was very dusty (shelf where dishes are kept, pictures, corners of bedroom); the trash cans were full and open right outside our door our entire stay; the back patio was very overgrown; the inside could definitely use some updating (old sofa-very uncomfortable, outdated TV, old very used pillows); neighbors upstairs were very noisy all night long. We loved the location, but the property could definitely use some work.

A little disappointing considering the previous reviews. Location & parking were good. The suite felt haphazardly planned. There was a bedside table but no outlet available even close to it. None of the lamps worked (there was overhead lighting as well), laundry machines but no detergent to use. A dishwasher but no soap to use in it, same for kitchen cleaner. The porch light was out/didn’t work which made the entrance really dark, felt unsafe. Only one of the window shades worked. The bedroom had sheer curtains covering the windows since the shades didn’t go down. The window in the kitchen/living area was completely uncovered. Again that felt unsafe. The latch on the bathroom door actually fell out the first time we opened the door. It wasn’t installed properly. I had some communication difficulties as well. Overall, it got us what we needed but we weren’t impressed.

Arrived and bed was broken; thankfully got resolved as they answered right away and brought someone over to fix it. Refunded me one night bc of it. Cute place and love the area - close to many places to eat and the river and both the Bengals and Reds stadiums

Great apartment, great location! You are able to walk to many restaurants and bars. The place is very clean and they responded very quickly to any questions. Easy parking in the lot across the street

The place was very nice! I loved sitting outside reading! It was a perfect location for us to walk to Great American Ballpark each evening. Great communication!

This is a fantastic place to stay in the area. Cozy and clean accommodations! Plenty of great dining options within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. Highly recommend!
