The Stampmill Victorian Suites

We loved this place, and Bob, the owner, was more than accommodating explaining things, getting us settled in, and offering great suggestions for places to eat. A+!

Bob the owner goes up and beyond! He’s there’s to check you in, show you to your room, he works in the restaurant with what ever needs done, food was great!!

Stamphill is in an old boarding house. Rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator which can be tricky if you have mobility issues. The room was clean and spacious. Bob, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and saloon below the room were both good. Especially after a long drive when you don’t want to go very far to eat.

Loved our stay ! Property is decorated in historical style, but exceptionally clean. The rooms are huge, Check in and check out were extremely easy and hassle free. Parking is available on the street, but there is a public lot across the street if no street lots are available. Super close to all the main attractions in Deadwood with out being in the craziness on Main St. downtown Deadwood is a quick 5 minute drive

Room was above an old saloon. We loved the Victorian atmosphere.

Bob is a great host, it’s truly a one of a kind experience!

The restaurant had excellent food choices and staff were friendly. The suite was comfortable and clean. I would recommend a stay here.

There was partying and and screaming going on at the bars near this area that kept us up until after 1:30. Made the mext morning's drive TOUGH. The owner was incredibly nice and informative so that was a good experience.

It was beautiful, quiet, and delightful!
