What was not to like? The studio was spacious, and the fireplace added ambiance and heat. The kitchen had the needed pots, dinnerware, and utensils to cook on the stove/oven or reheat meals in the microwave. I loved the breakfast bar - I spent a lot of time there! The bathroom was nicely tiled. I loved my stay and will return. The check in, check out process was easy and convenient!

The walls were a bit thin, but the neighbors were generally quiet and respectful.

There was very little to like. The place was your basic dump. We were mortified at the rude and nosy staff who even threatened to come in our room and "count our dogs." There was no breakfast. There was no heated pool and the property was the ugliest in.S.Lake.. They text you every 5 minutes for one stupid reason or another and have people standing by your door eavesdropping all the time. A full refund would be in order but we're considering a lawsuit.

There was nothing to like. I have never seen such a total misrepresentation of a property. There is no way they have a 8+ review score. Somebody has cheated. The TV was a tiny little squeaky TV that had the cheapest, useless lineup of a few worthless app based things only to watch with NO LIVE TV!! It was pathetic. I tried to post pictures but not sure they worked. The one that looks like a frozen pool is their "heated pool."

Its was dirty , pillows and towels were dirty didn’t feel comfortable to lay down , the whole kitchen on our stay smelled bad , kinda like a cat poop smell . We had to ask for Febreze spray for the smell . Staff was super comforting

Too dark inside the unit; not enough natural lighting. Dungy.

Great & easy check-in good communication loved it had a gas fireplace kitchen a big tub/ shower close to shops & restaurants short walk to casinos

Note* if you have kids ask for in special request to be on the ground floor... hearing kids bouncing around can be annoying for someone below

The room was well furnished and clean. I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff when I had a few inquiries. Overall, great place for a short weekend getaway!

Great location. The best thing were the Amazing staff! Ready and available and always with a smile. Gerson, Albert, Miguel, Princess, truly hospitable! For that reason only I extended my stay, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of!

The walls are so thin, that was the only issue. Some of the guests were extremely loud, past late hours, but management handled it promptly!
