Location. Staff support via text email.

Light switch did not work in entry area. I had to plug in a lamp to turn it on and unplug to turn it off. Very inconvenient to move the couch each time I did this. Dirty towel was left by maid. Grounds were dirty. Someone spilled some food outside my door the first day and it was still not cleaned up by the time I left.
