Villa Islamorada Pool and Sea View

What did I NOT like??? Villa Islamorada was an absolute dream! my husband and I started off our honeymoon in this oasis on the Amalfi Coast and WOW it did not disappoint. Mariano was an impeccable host, met us when we drove up to check in (and helped us navigate!), had an incredible welcome basket of local products and fresh fruit and cheese, the fridge was stocked with breakfast food so we wouldn’t need to make an immediate grocery run, fabulous local baked goods appeared at our front door some mornings…. the Villa was private and idyllic, just stunning. The view from the terrace took our breath away every time we looked at it. We also opted to book a private dinner on property, which was a whole lovely experience in itself. Ambience, every beverage we could hope for, music, fresh food, and some of the best pizzas we have ever had!!! Top to bottom, we LOVED our stay and we will 100% be back!!! We’re also telling everyone we know to stay here :) Thank you Mariano for a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely amazing Villa, garden area & private pool with loungers. Equipped to the highest of standards. Host couldn’t do enough for us. 6 ladies sharing space & privacy for everyone as there are many different areas within the house & garden.

There was nothing not to like. little tip good walking shoes/runners for day & night

The Villa is everything you can wish for to have a wonderful holiday. It is well equipped, spotless, has plenty of room for everyone and good facilities. It was great to have well functioning A/C in all the living areas, as it was quite warm outside. The Pool and the outdoor area is excellent, and well kept. Mariano, the host is amazing and makes sure your stay is as wonderful as is can get. We tried the Pizza experience which was fantastic, and it was was absolutely unique to have Mariano´s family involved in the process of learning how to make delicious Neapolitan pizzas. The atmosphere in the Villa is very homey and friendly and Mariano pays attention to every single detail which makes the stay quite exceptional.

There is nothing not to like about Villa Islamorada!

Everything. For us, the location was perfect. Nerano is a small town/village but there were shops, a few restaurants and a beach within walking distance. It was also perfectly located for day or evening trips further afield to Sorrento (25 mins), Positano, Pompeii, and Capri. The villa is well-equipped with everything you might need and Mariano is super friendly, helpful and responsive. It might not be ideal for families with very young children as it’s a steep walk up from the beach and the location of the pool means it’s not easy to keep an eye on them whilst they swim but for us (with children aged 15 and 9) this wasn’t a problem at all. We had a wonderful time!
