Chalet Ty Lilli Wen -Sleep 6- Pet friendly

Really lovely, welcoming chalet, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and plenty of crockery/cutlery. Host very quick to respond and very helpful. Close to the coast, pleasant walk along the water front.

The football enclosure was very close to the chalet and could be noisy at times, although the on site security did sort this out in the evening if it was bothering us. We struggled to get free wifi.

Realy nice decor. Lots of kitchen ware. Clean. Very nice place, straight on the see shore.

I do not like when advertisements of apartment are misleading. When I tried to sort out a free wifi issue, an explanation from the owner that they had many other quests and nobody complained about it very little helped. I mean, if it is said there is free WiFi,there has to be. If there is no, simply apologise and fix the description on bookin.com. Finally, it would be a great idea to pay those 17£ for wifi and give passwords for guests , because it was you mistake not precise description of premises. I was strugling to attach picture of advertisement of your holiday home on booking messenger so there I add it here.

After reading all the negative reviews we were really apprehensive about our break but couldn't be further from the truth!! Our chalet was absolutely perfect, we had a 3 night stay with 2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children and our beloved puppy. Yes the chalet was at it's maximum occupancy, so as expected a little cosy but had all we needed. It was immaculate and had all you could possibly need for a short break. The only thing it didn't have was a freezer so we had to eat 10+ Ice creams upon arrival 😂 the beach which is a stone throw away was lovely, sandy with nice rock pools for crabbing and picking mussels which were delicious. Perfect dog walks, well thats if you have a well trained puppy!!! We did buy the passes for the sites entertainment, pool, arcade etc and it is quite expensive £18 per person. Me and the other half didn't go as looking after puppy so can't review this. The little shop on site has most things and its very reasonably priced. Morrisons is about 20 min car drive away so not to far. You definitely need to book the pool though. Overall no complaints and I want to say our host Jayne (private chalet) could not be anymore helpful, she was exemplary... called before arrival to give us details. Made sure we arrived safely and then when I got home I found Jaynes firestick controller on our toy bag!! No fuss just sent straight back to her.... PERFECT HOST, highly recommend this chalet.

Price of passes could be a little cheaper

Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The doggie-themed crockery made us feel especially welcome, along with the selection of cakes, muffins and supplies of tea and coffee.

Everything! The property was spotlessly clean and tidy. The rooms were a lovely size and ideal for what we needed for the long weekend. Lovely and comfortable, perfect size for our family and dog. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone and everyone. The caravan park was great too: the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We were with my disabled mother in law and the staff were more than happy to accommodate for any of our needs if we required it. All around an amazing stay. Thank you.

beautiful chalet a stones throw from the lovely coastline! right on the children’s playground so amazing for the kids. on a Parkdean resort so you have the option of using the clubhouse, indoor pool and pub. kids disco was a bonus to keep them entertained! chalet was well equipped and presented beautifully 😊

Poor communication from the owner but the chalet was sweet. Very clean and well equipped. Only issue was no internet so tv didnt work.
