ITOttima posizione, con bellissima passeggiata lungolago si arriva comodamente in centro a piedi. Camera molto spaziosa e free minibar.
Assenza di parcheggio, ma abbiamo utilizzato un parcheggio multipiano nelle vicinanze con un multi-day ticket.

AUEarly check-in accommodated. Great location and nice view with bus stop close. Mini bar included. Tourist Information booklets ready.
Shower gel and hand wash are all empty. Mattress and pillow too soft. Check-in process is a bit frustrating due to system lag. No lift. Difficult for heavy luggages. Not good value for CHF300 PN
ITCamera quadrupla spaziosa, anche se con solo un bagno. Molto apprezzato il mini-bar compreso. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un parcheggio a disco orario. Per raggiungere il centro di Lucerna si cammina 20 min sul lungolago, a seconda dei punti di vista può essere un vantaggio o svantaggio, a noi è piaciuto
Check-in gestito interamente online, con codici d'accesso etc. Non c'è ascensore. Di notte abbiamo avuto un po' caldo (metà aprile), non so d'estate. Un po' lontano dal centro.

It smelled through the whole building and in my room. I had to sit by the window to escape the smell. It was also so hot inside that I had to have the window open BUT the street was so loud it made It impossible to stay comfortable. And they only gave you a duvet so it was either hot as hell under the duvet or just hot out of it. I barely was able to sleep and slept horribly. Also the art through out the building is really creepy lol.
