Cocos Holiday Apartments

Great location by Trinity beach which had a reasonable selection of shops and restaurants, both within walking distance and an easy 5 minute drive. I had originally booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but added on another 1-bedroom apartment at the last minute to give us more space. Both apartments were ready when we arrived. Self check-in had been clearly communicated and was very easy. The swimming pool was smallish, but great for the children, and I managed a fair few laps. The barbecue area next to the pool was great, and the owners helped us get it started. We managed a few days trips while we were at Cocos and it seemed very central to a lot of attractions. Great value for money for our group.

Great place to stay helpful staff close to everything

Comfy beds, very clean linen. Location.

Tricky to open door as butted up so close to door frame, hard to get hand in to open with key. Cupboard in kitchen broken. Wifi very poor. No internet TV options. No china bowls for breakfast ( hated plastic bowl so much couldnt eat porridge in it)

Wifi was very frustrating. Hardly any service and when there was it kept cutting out. We were given unit on the top floor and had lots of luggage to get up the stairs in the rain

Location and friendly reception on arrival and throughout. Room was available early and I was to drop off my bag, I was able to stay in the room a little longer (45mins) until my fly departure. Helpful hosts

Jolly rain… humidity

No hot water initial room, host didn't offer any solution. Next night I requested new room, things got worse, there was no water at all. Was not offered any compensation just hassled for balance.
