Hyatt Place Kent Narrows And Marina

I stayed two nights at this hotel for a retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold food. Some items "ran out" and had to be replenished, so there was a brief wait for that. The coffee cups are too small IMO. The lobby has a bar and lots of areas to sit, talk, and enjoy activities. In nicer weather, there's a deck overlooking the water to enjoy. It's a beautiful setting, but there's not much to do in the immediate area unless you have a boat.

Modern, clean hotel with nice water views and open lobby with bar for relaxing. We found it very chilly in Winter. Decent breakfast bar. Walk to local restaurants, weather permitting. Choose a waterfront room for extra room/sofa and views.

If you are fortunate enough to get a reservation at this hotel, you will never regret it. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the bartenders, is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the waterfront rooms are breathtaking.

Our son sent us here for a birthday gift for his mother. Spent two wonderful days just relaxing and enjoying the view from our upgraded suite overlooking the waterfront. Breakfast every morning started our day off great. Surrounded by seafood restaurants. We had our pick of a different one every evening. Our host Charlene when we checked in made us feel so welcome. Since it was my birthday a welcome birthday gift from the staff was in our room. An unexpected surprise. Hyatt goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. Thank you so much.
