"Beautiful Hotel and wonderful view"

I visited Hyatt place at Kent Narrows on business; I stayed three days and three nights. The staff were wonderful, the lobby was always stocked (they have pretty good coffee) and the beds were comfortable. I had some trouble figuring out the thermostat but by the end of my stay I think I figured it out. The only reason I didn't mark 'much better' or 'exceeded expectations' on the survey is because Hyatt is known for its quality, and it did not disappoint. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that housekeeping came to my room dropped off towels and took out what little trash I had. They did not refill my coffee (I left it out so they could see I had used it) and did not make the bed. Petty things but given the reputation of Hyatt, I was surprised.

"Our happy place"

Love the Kent Narrows Hyatt. Very clean, very comfortable. Bar is a bonus. Can’t beat the water view! Walkable to many restaurants and the Cross Island Trail. Best hotel on the Chesapeake!

"A most impressive Hyatt Place 15 minutes from Annapolis"

A great Hyatt Place just outside Annapolis. Located on the water with great views and surrounded by restaurants, excellent location. The interior is most impressive with the associated views, and you’d never know this was a Hyatt Place, more like a Regency. The staff was uniformly attentive and most helpful, with a special thanks to Paul at reception. Would stay here again without hesitation.

"Great location, surrounded by great fun."

The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Charlotte & Melissa were both very attentive and made it a great experience. The nearby Cross Island trail is perfect for the bike rentals available right in front of the hotel. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I will definitely be returning!

Lovely clean room with comfy king bed a great bay view from balcony. Kind, professional staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Would love a little table on the balcony snd softer towels. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.
