The staff was horrible and I have paid double for a room now all because this girl did not want to help at all and then hung up on booking.com when they called

Breakfast included clean facilities

Had to move rooms 3x due to no power in rooms

Easy to get to. Room was nicely appointed

When I turned down the bed to get in, there were a pair of socks in the bed…yuck!

Convenient location off interstate/highway

Keys for pool/hot tub/fitness area stopped working after first use. Hot tub was dirty/algae green. Ate the color off swim suits and we were itching afterwards. Community eating area was NOT clean (windows, tables and chairs). Very little choice of breakfast that was included. It was disappointing/let down in the morning. Room was on third floor. We noticed right away that there wasn’t a screen on the window. HUGE safety issue and violation. In the morning, we stripped the beds in to be helpful and noticed a streak of brown on the bedding sheets (looked like poop) and the other bed had white stains of spatter on the base of the bed and greasy/oily on headboard (think about what this could be!!! OMG Gross and Disgusting !!!!!). Above the shower head was brown/yellow like someone was smoking and rust on the fire alarm water spicket.

Property was very clean and well kept.

Not everyone eats red meat. The breakfast selection was not the best. Nor was there a decent variety.

Nothing we were ready to leave, we won’t be staying at this place when we come back to Paducah

The room was dirty, we weren’t able to get clean towels and the breakfast was cold there wasn’t anything to drink except coffee we do not drink coffee.

Location is fine

Refrigerator, phone not working. Toilet not bolted down, sink faucet loose, closet handle fell off. Didn't request room cleaning but requested towels, tp, etc. but were not delivered-had to go to desk to get our own. Dirty room-beer and coke bottles under the bed-they obviously don't clean. Our stay was 3 nights for a funeral. Extremely disappointed!!

The layout of the room was perfect for our needs and the pricing was very good.

We felt the room was unclean. In particular, the sheets and bathroom especially. This was disappointing.
