1 night visit with the family. We arrived by car, and maybe the only minus was that we couldn't find parking space on the same floor as the hotel entrance. However, things went smoothly, because we didn't take suitcases into the room. However, I give our visit 5/5, because for some reason we got a slightly better room with a balcony and a bathtub.

Room was very nice, issue with housekeeping. Not refreshing room. Front desk staff were amazing. Non alcohol hotel. Not mentioned in booking, or least not upfront. Loved the mall access. Some repairs to upper rooms on Sunday morning were noisy and sewer smells in room.

"Top-notch bathrooms"

After traveling (almost) all over Thailand for five weeks we returned to Korat and kept our promise to stay at the Centara again. And, as expected, we were not disappointed. The Centara has the best-equipped and most spacious showers we found anywhere on our trip. The hotel is excellent and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here on future trips to Korat.

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & efficient. Studio room had a nice deep bathtub. Breakfast buffet was good. Pool area was nice. Connected to central mall.

"Pleasant new hotel "

Brand new hotel with pleasant design and friendly, helpful staff. Located right next to, and connected by skywalk, Centralplaza shopping center. Will definitely stay here again if/when in Korat.
