"Le séjour a été très agréable cependant"

Le personnel est charmant et très arrangeant. La chambre est grande et très bien meublée. La piscine est top

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas formidable et l’espace extérieur pour manger manque de décor . Salle de bain où il manque des produits pour le corps. Pour résumer, manque un peu de charme.

"Excellent rapport qualité/prix"

Personnel aux petits soins et très aimable, petit dej top et emplacement très calme (20min en taxi de Marrakech). Les chambres sont très spacieuses et literie parfaite.

Piscine non chauffée et quelques éléments ont mal vieillit mais globalement top rapport qualité/prix.

"Bon séjour mais cet hôtel mérite une rénovation"

- Le personnel était absolument incroyable! Adorable et serviable (Mohammed qui gère la sécurité la nuit porte la gentille sur lui) - la piscine est froide mais très bien - les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue sur les montagnes

- Hôtel vieillissant avec beaucoup de problème au niveau de la plomberie - petit dej très industriel - loin du centre de Marrakech

C’est un jolis hôtel mais qui manque d’entretien et de propreté dans les chambres. Le personnel est très gentil.

La propreté de la chambre. Exemple il restait encore une touffe de cheveux et le rasoir des clients d’avant dans la douche L’odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain ça sentait fort les égouts. L’eau de la douche s’évacuer très mal créant une piscine puis un débordement dans la salle de bain. Le mini bar était vide même pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Le plus désagréable reste le manque d’insonorisation on avait l’impression de vivre et de partager l’intimité de nos voisins du dessus ou d’à côté. Le petite déjeuner fait pâle figure le matin surtout pour un soi-disant 5 étoiles… Et les extras comme les bouteilles d’eau ont vraiment un prix très élevé.

"Cadre au top, extérieur très agréable."

Bon mais sans trop de choix.

La salle de bain n'était pas très opérationnelle, robinet de gauche avec un simple filet d'eau, robinet de droite certainement entartré qui coulait sur tout le plan de vasque. Wifi impossible à capter dans la chambre.
