Wifi and Telivision was not working & when raised the same to the staff they did nothing

The rooms are dirty. Beds are dirty. Towels are dirty. No toiletries provided. When asked for toiletries, the staff looked at us like we are asking for gold. Suspicious wifi connection. Pathetic breakfast and awful staff in the restaurant. The behavior of staff and the other customers indicated the hotel might be used as brothel house, though not sure.
