The place is very nice and the location is marvelous! It's in the center of the town and next to lots of stores

The staff's attention was horrible, we have encountered this situation before, but I thought it was only one member of the staff, to my disappointment I could learn that it is mostly a corporative attitude. We were mistreated from our arrival to our check out. I will never come back to this hotel, and to be honest, I travel a lot to Villahermosa

Ubicación

La relación calidad precio de sus servicios, el restaurante era muy caro, los elevadores lucen en mal estado, el gimnasio esta en condiciones deplorables, las imágenes que se muestran en la pagina muestran un hotel "nuevo" y no son asi. Tienen cucarachas en la habitación, el mobiliario es anticuado y cortinas desgastadas.
