And available for 2 hours for guests dining at the property. We operate a parking management scheme at The Northallerton Inn. Please log your number plate at reception on arrival to receive complimentary parking for the duration of your stay. When booking five or more rooms, group terms and conditions are applied to your reservation. A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment and rooming list are required six weeks prior to your arrival. These terms replace any other booking policies agreed with online travel agents. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Handy location for theatre or meal out in Northallerton. Order a standard drink not cocktail!"

Great location for a night out at Northallerton Forum, or in town - walking distance. Dinner was good - a parmo. Breakfast also very good and plentiful. Staff on arrival and departure were very friendly.

Waitress / bar girl was VERY slow at making and bringing a margarita I had to go back in search of it. If you offer cocktails then train staff to make them. Must have taken her over 15 minutes to get this very simple one mixed. None of the girls on the bar seemed to understand how to make cocktails or what went in them. One just stood there picking up bottles and putting them down again.

"Unfortunate problems spoilt the break"

The location was fine

We were in room 127 to start but no heating and no hot bath water moved to room 126 but no better and hotel unable to fix problem so we were given portable heaters. The rooms otherwise were very modern and comfortable.

Very comfortable beds, easy parking behind hotel. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful

No light above mirror over dressing table, chef can’t make scrambled eggs properly, no beer garden, non-working extractor fan in bathroom, grossly over-priced - similar hotels in area are 25% cheaper. 3 requests via email and booking.com sent in advance to have duvets removed from covers ignored.
