We had a lovely stay. Excellent service from the staff and the apartment and facilities were fantastic.

Clean room but NO AC. A lot of complaints about it. Myself I believe they try to cut down the cost to lower the rent price. But for summer you cannot sleep well in a stuffy room with only the fan running. Mattress although look clean but uncomfortable. Near metro, easy transaction to and from airport (everywhere is easy transportation in Paris For same price I paid with no AC it's better go for abnb, more space and no AC mist them

Beautiful!

The hotel was very good: clean rooms of adequate size and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket almost next door was very convenient for buying groceries (open until 22H). Also, several brasseries nearby. However, we would probably not stay there again, as the walk to/from the Metro station at Esplanade de la Défense felt unsafe at night, as it cuts through a split level housing estate, rather than following roads. In the daylight it was fine though. Be aware that the neighbourhood is not within the official Paris boundaries - it's beyond the Périphérique. However, it's quite easy to get into the centre: only 10 minute walk to the Metro (line 1), then about 15-20 minutes on the Metro to the main sites in the centre.

Very clean, amazing stay, staff are polite

Everything was great within the hotel stay; nice and helpful staff, good clean rooms, etc. Though gave it 4 stars because this location is def NOT near everything it states. It shows Eiffel Tower is 9 min drive and it absolutely is not. By metro it’s 35-40 min and driving 25 min (had to uber first night). It was very confusing getting to/from metro station the first time and it’s easily at least 12-14 min walk and you have to make sure you pay close attention where you walk or you will get confused. So just make sure you are ok with these things/ distances before booking. Otherwise everything is good.

Modern apart hotel with new kitchen appliances and clean rooms. Good value for money. It is located in a good neighborhood with a nice short walk to metro line 1. There are several restaurants and grocery stores around. If you have a car, better book your spot in advance as the car park was full in our case.

Upon arrival, they will ask you to pay a separate tax for staying according to the number of days you are staying. The tax can be expensive. They have breakfast, but you will have to pay separately for it and can also be quite expensive. However the people there at the reception counter are very nice and try to help you, and the rooms itself are very modern and clean. I really liked the room, it is very comfortable. They provide some coffee and teabags as well in your room which you don’t have to pay separately for. The room is very very good and there is a metro station, esplanade la defence, at maybe a 15 min walk. Laundry and housekeeping services require a fee however they will replace your towels or soaps for free.
