We had 3 rooms. Bathroom locks was faulty in all 3.. Had bad smell in 2 of the rooms.. Flush out was not working properly in 1 room.

Room was clean

No ventilation no windows in the room. We were 4 colleagues. We booked 2 Separate rooms for gents and ladies. We called the property the previous day to confirm our booking. They informed rooms are there but once we reached there they told they don’t have two separate rooms and forced us to adjust in one 4 bed room. They did not even reduce the price and charged gst for 2 rooms but instead of one. Worst customer service and staffs were not accommodating at all. Worst experience!
