"Vreselijke ervaring door gedrag medewerker"

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door meisje van de avondploeg. De bar was nog open en we konden nog wat drinken na een lange rit. Kamer was koel en schoon. Badkamer beetje onpraktisch ingericht. Maar voor een nachtje prima.

Ik ben behoorlijk geschrokken van een incident tijdens het ontbijt. Twee medewerkers kregen een discussie nadat één van hen werd gevraagd onze tafel schoon te maken. Omdat alle tafels bezet waren, konden wij niet ergens anders gaan zitten. Om de situatie te helpen oplossen bood ik vriendelijk aan de tafel zelf even af te nemen. De medewerker reageerde daarop boos en kortaf dat hij de tafel zelf zou schoonmaken. Omdat ik zijn toon en reactie niet goed kon plaatsen, vroeg ik of dit als grap bedoeld was. Dat hoopte ik namelijk. Hierop werd hij boos en vertelde mij dat hij “chef” was en dat ik moest oppassen met wat ik zei en vroeg. Ik voelde mij hierdoor erg ongemakkelijk en geïntimideerd. Na dit voorval durfde ik tijdens het ontbijt niets meer te vragen en was ik opgelucht toen we konden vertrekken. Dit vond ik geen professionele manier om met gasten om te gaan.
