perfect view, owners are very friendly.

pool’s water was cold, very small bathroom.

the water was not clean the reservation is not as per the selection

Nice facility, good stuff and good breakfast.

location is far away from the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect except below:

1) Hot water was available only if you open both cold bath tap and cold basin tap at the same time ! 2) Staff were kind and friendly but did not know how to handle reservations through booking.com . it took long time sort it out .

The owner of the place are so kind , helpful, with high response time at any moment. I would recommended for all

Everything was perfect the facility was clean and new, if you’re looking for a escape from the stress and people this the best place in sapanca The family who are owning the property they are very kind and helpful. The breakfast made by them and every morning at 10:00 they will knock the door to take it, it’s the same everyday but it was very tasteful. The view while the sunset is extremely peaceful.

The view was amazing , the property is good, the location is wonderful. Safe to stay. The hospitality of the owners is priceless.
