Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and the front of the card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last-minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of the security deposit. No parties/loud music or antisocial behaviour allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Spacious apartment with nice features, but multiple issues and a noisy location."

The apartment was clean, spacious, and tidy, with large towels that were a nice touch. The water was hot and refreshing, and it was easy to locate the keys and access the property. The bed was soft and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall.

However, there were several issues that were hard to overlook. The floor was dangerously slippery, making me nearly slip multiple times, and the coffee machine didn’t work. The iron was also in need of a clean. Additionally, the floor panel below the sink kept falling forward, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the back bedroom. The check-out time was unreasonably early, and the late check-out was overpriced. To top it off, the location wasn’t as ideal as I hoped, with noise from drunk and drugged individuals disturbing my sleep in the early hours.

Everything was brilliant for the price. Very comfortable. We got lost due our phones running out of charge and called the company late on for guidance. We spoke with a very patient and kind person (Scottish guy)who kept us on the phone, guiding us to the apartment. Many thanks.

The arrival complementries wasn't too good. 3 wee biscuits and the sugar ( I'm told) seemed cheapest variety.😊

If you’re a light sleeper you do hear the pub and nightclub emptying when they close.

"Great location, lovely large and clean flat."

The flat was great, really large, good kitchen. Nice to have tea, coffee & milk upon arrival. Spotlessly clean.p. Very convenient for the centre of town.

A little bit of noise late at night from the street (one night at weekend)

"Clean, convenient location."

Convenient location, apartment was clean, bright and spacious. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and well stocked for tea / coffee.

The only issue we encountered was that the shower in the main bathroom didn’t work due to a faulty electrical switch (had to be pressed hard / wiggled for light to come on) located just outside the bathroom. This meant that 4 women had to share one shower which was inconvenient. We did report this but was advised it couldn’t be looked at until the day we departed.
