La habitación esta en excelentes condiciones, muy recomendable. Aparte ahí tienen un restaurante para desayunar a excelente precio y calidad.

The room was large and very nice.

Wifi was terrible. It kept disconnecting. The worker tried for 30-40 minutes but it would not work. Very disappointing. They also say they have a restaurant in the booking but they didn't. Not even coffee. That is why I booked this hotel. False advertising. Of course, we were not offered any refunds! And there was a lot of street noise as we were at the front. I am sure other rooms would have been much quieter.

Location okay and clean

I’ve been going there for years! Seems like something changed. In the past I could get breakfast! They told me the next morning breakfast not available but I could order the next morning! I got up the next morning and tried to order my favorite chilaquiles, but they said no breakfast again! Their excuse was not enough guests, yet they had about 4 or 5 employees and anyone if those ladies could easily make chilaquiles! Heck, I can make chilaquiles! But they chose not to! Bad decision on the owner or manager! When you start making bad decisions now I have to consider if I want to go back … Same with pool, they usually have a waiter in the back where we can get botanos and drinks! But they did not fi that because not enough guests .. And of course the electricity was out when we went to check in around 4pm…. They said it would be out for an hour … and we went to bed hot and sweating …..but it did come back on later that night … but I do not blame them for the electricity because that happens there because of the city and not their fault… So I just like good service and for things I like not to change …. Owners are just too cheap to have someone available to cook … if I was the owner, I would cook myself if I didn’t want to lose customers …. I’ve shears liked my stays there in the past …. But they are starting to get worse….. I don’t blame the employees .. I blame management and owners …. I could not even get a cup of coffee …. Step your game back up and give me a reason to come back

La atención y limpieza

The staff were nice and helpful. It's very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious.

The neighbours were quite noisy so if you're a light sleeper take it into consideration

Accueil très sympa, grandes chambres, calme. Très proche de la mer, du centre de Celestun et de la mangrove pour le tour en bateau qu'on voulait faire

La piscine est pas top du tout, entourée d'un mur mais il y a la plage à 2 pas ! C'est la nuit la plus cher qu'on a payé au Yucatan mais cela nous a permis de faire la mangrove !
