Property is very clean, employees are very kind, I got a late check in and wait for me they text me via whatts App professionaly I would came agian, this was my 5th time and like always have fun!!

Anteriormente habíamos visitado este hotel y llegamos antes de las 15 hrs y nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones de la alberca, en esta visita nos dijeron que no podíamos meternos a la alberca y solo estar en el restaurante, nos pareció absurdo porque había poca gente además después llegaron dos familias con sus hijos y a ellos sí les permitieron el uso de la alberca, realmente nos hicieron pasar un mal rato a la llegada, El hotel es muy bonito, una vista espectacular y rica la comida. Por favor cuiden esos detalles de actitud con sus clientes:
