TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pueblo Downtown

This was a great place to stay after a long roadtrip.

Property was great. Some reviews complained about parking and security with homeless. We didn't have any issues with any of that. We felt pretty safe walking around the property and downtown.

New, updated facilities.

Lousy water pressure in the shower.

We stayed here over the weekend and had a great stay other than the parking situation. The breakfast had a great selection overall great experience.

The staff and service are awesome. but I was disappointed at the property and construction. For a new hotel, the finishings seemed cheap and the walls were thin. Every time someone's door shut, I heard it. I heard the water running in other rooms. I heard the traffic outside my window. The bed was extremely soft and I had a hard time falling asleep.

Nice rooms and people. The location is good for access to the Riverwalk. It is close to the I25 so there is traffic noise.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff friendly and efficient. The location is a bit rough. Regular security service patrols the property every 15 minutes as the vagrant population is extensive. Walking around the grounds outside is not advisable.
