OMO5 Okinawa Naha by Hoshino Resorts

I like this hotel, but booking.com has technical issue on their app, it cause me made two same order, but I tried to contact them and report these issues before I checked in, they were willing to help at the first time, but after I submitted my payment details, they disappeared, but I keep contacting several times( over 5 times) and they always disappear after I submit the payment information. I was very disappointed about this platform, but this hotel is nice and good location.

Breakfast options were decent although they were the same for all four days.

Room sizes, and food options. Less personalized when it comes to reception as its mostly automated.

国際通りに近い

狭い、トイレの消臭がなされていない、虫に噛まれた夫婦とも2日間とも　洗面台が水浸しになる（構造上）、バスタブが無い、ドリップコーヒーが有ると書いてあったのに無かった　

清潔でした。

非常に狭かった。家族大人三人で、3人部屋で予約したはずなのに、ビジネスホテルのシングルの広さでした。荷物を広げるスペースさえなかった。ダブルベッドも2人で寝ると窮屈で、もう1人はソファで寝ても、女性ならギリギリで、男性は無理です。 　どう考えても2人でギリギリの部屋でした。
