Not mutch fore being a 5 star hotel!!!

The breakfast was not even ready to be served 06:45 !!? But it should have been done by 06:00... There were no staff at the bar by at least 3 different times, maby you dont want to serve your customers beer or alcohol !! I order a transfer to the airport and the driver and the front desk charge me 45 dollar, so i have to pay TWICE !!! I tried to come in contact with the hotel there is no ware you can send an email, in the end i have to call them and they don't even call me back to take care of the problem !!! I know this is africa but what the -uck !!! Worst service ever !! Dont stay at this place it is not a 5 star hotel it is a joke !!
