The hotel is obviously very good. Rooms are very good and cleaned, beds also are perfect. The breakfast is good with abundant choices. Staff is very kind and helpful.

We had an issue with air conditioning, whose nozzle is right in front of the bed. There is no way to direct the cold air away or to lower enough the fan, making the use during night practically impossible. The season was not too hot so we switched off the air conditioning and opened the windows but I am not sure you can do the same in the hot season.

Queen, the guest relations manager is an excellent resource. She is the best part of the hotel.

Breakfast choices were limited not continental, the beds are not comfortable, you sink in the middle.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Four Points. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I was traveling without my baby and they went out of their way to accommodate me storing milk for my child. I greatly appreciate everyone at Four Points
