Four Points by Sheraton Kigali

I was amazed at the level of comfort and luxury at this relatively affordable hotel. From check-in to meal service to arranging transport to the airport, the staff were first-class all the way. The attention to detail in the accommodations and social spaces demonstrates that the management cares about the guest experience. My business colleague and I were always greeted warmly by all the employees. The beds were plush and comfortable, the air conditioning was ice cold (which we prefer), the views from our 8th-floor window were spectacular, and even the shower water pressure was amazing. My only negatives were the height of the shower entryway. The room we had should have a step stool for getting in and out of the shower. It is very high and dangerous when wet. We did not use the pool or the gym. They looked amazing, but I did not test them out. I look forward to staying here for all my future trips to Kigali.

The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent.
