Premises was clean.

Credit card machine did not work. The front desk person was entering numbers manually into her phone. Would not have accepted this in a bigger city. Threatening signs posted everywhere such as late checkout $10 per $10 min. If towels get stained you'll be charged with all prices for towels, sheets etc listed. Price for lost keys listed. If you are too loud after 10, they will call the police . Really made this already cheap motel feel even cheaper. Very thin walls. You can hear absolutely everything from talking, to coughing, to vomiting. This is from one room to another, not noise from outside. Despite the threatening signs, the towels were tiny and old. Bring your own. Rude staff. No "Good morning" as I was packing up the car around 8:30. Staff walked by at least twice. No smile or acknowledgement whatsoever. I guess they know they will be full in the summer anyway. No need to do anything extra. There are some rooms with kitchens. Bear in mind you are not allowed to cook seafood of any kind. This rule should be listed when you book. It's a cheap motel that potentially could be quite nice for what it is. A few extra touches can go along way. Fine for 1 night, but not much more.
