El trato del personal había hablado por la reserva y no respetaron lonque había hablado días anteriores con la gerente en turno y me trataron como mentiroso no sería una opción para mi próximo viaje hospedarme.en este hotel decepción y caro

Good location

Room was dirty- used tissue on the floor in the bathroom and someone’s t- shirt left in the room. Staff were not particularly friendly and when we arrived they claimed that our booking did not include breakfast even though we had paid for it and our booking said it was included. In the end they agreed to giving us an ‘American’ breakfast which was a terrible coffee and a pastry.

Es un hotel que promueve la sustentabilidad, pero no la aplica al cien pues se desperdicia mucha agua para que salga caliente; para los que no estamos acostumbrados al clima de Tuxtla. La alberca mostraba mal aspecto le faltaba limpieza.
