The room was enormous, clean and super cozy. This hotel punches above its weight and above some of the other reviews I read. The breakfast room and attached outdoor rooftop patio had wonderful views and the breakfast was better than most of those I had in Chile. The location was central, near the main downtown and right by the beaches; easily could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The staff (the mother and son as well as the woman (don't know if there's any relation)) serving breakfast were all super nice and helpful and you could tell they really cared about the property and their guests. Wish I had booked more than one night.....next time....

The facility was very nice and clean and the location was good.

There was no elevator. The hot water was turned off during the day and supposedly turned on a 7:00 a.m. However, it was 7:45 or 8:00 before there was hot water for a shower. The breakfast room was on the fourth floor and as I said there was not elevator.
