Springfield Park Apartment

The apartment itself is very spacious, airconditioned, cosy, nice looking, offering everything you should expect for a week or two long vacation.

Very uncomfortable beds, both the one in the bedroom, and the sofa in the livingroom. Found a large cockroach crawling on the flor when we switched on the light upon returning to the apartment in the evening on the second day of our stay, got rid of it and reported the issue immediately. Had a delayed, very polite response that the issue will be looked into the next day, but no one came. Sent a reminder, got another polite excuse and assurance caretakers will come, but no such thing happened untill the end of our stay. Instead, prior to the last night, we were politely asked to help by sending information on our planned time of departure... Tried asking about the cleaning schedule twice, but this was simply ignored. There was no cleaning staff throughout the 10 night stay, with two larger and two smaller towels for the entirety of our vacation.

Clean, cozy, equipped with almost everything, as described, good communication with the owner, located in a nice neighborhood close to main roads. In front of the building there is an empty public space for parking.

Minor things such as batteries (which were provided after a msg). A plug adaptor would be useful too. I have to underline also that the check-in is late 15:00 and the check out early 11:00.

Very good for the price

Spacious living room, great kitchen and decent bedroom.AC was included in price which was very helpful.The host replied to text messages quickly.The TV had Netflix.

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived.A microwave would have been helpful.The bathroom was a bit underwhelming.

I had a great stay, the apartment was nice, clean and bright, well equipped too. Checking in was smooth and easy, the hosts were very easy to communicate, they were quick to answer all the questions I had.
