the property is hopeless, not worth even Rs.1000. Last minute they thretened me to cancel the reservation if I did not Pay instead Rs 5500 per room per night instead of Rs2850 that I had reserved the room for. hot running water only for 2 hours in morning and evening, the hotel did not provide even one extra glass or one towel on request as they do not have any extra. No room service of any sorts exist. they are only giving you a tiny space of 4 walls to stay with a small queen bed.
