La ubicación, que me tocó en el primer piso, que el personal es: amable, empático, tolerante y comprensivo.

Que la TV, señal abierta, se desconfigura después de apagarla y tenía que ir con el personal para que me la configurarán de nuevo lo cual es: molesto, cansado y tedioso. Además el espacio de la regadera es muy angosto lo cual dificulta la hora de bañarse pues el agua sale mucha presión salpica y se sale. La cortina se moja y obvio se sale y se moja el piso, no hay jerga para secar solo me dieron una toalla de manos lo que me deja pensando¿es para ambos usos, será higiénico hacerlo así?

On the main street in the historical centre (but with the heavy traffic). Room-Rate was very agreeable for 3 nights.

Would have appreciated a luggage-rack to hold-up suitcase (23kg).

"Big comfortable rooms in historical centre at great value"

Perfectly situated hotel for a visit to Cuernavaca, close today the center, nothing is more than a 5 minutes walk away. Central bus station is 7 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets. Very good room for the price very spacious with a huge bed. We actually didn't have any issues with noise but our room was looking over a side street not the main road. Actually slept very well as the bed was so comfortable. Tv with streaming, although a little small for the size of the room. WiFi reasonable. Overall hard to beat for the price and location.

Bit of a pervasive chemical smell from something they are cleaning with, possibly the floor polish. Bit like an irritating paint smell. Was very strong in the room.
