In the midst of remodel, no breakfast

Don’t stay at this place. We booked through Expedia and when our group arrived they claimed to not have our reservation. When I called Expedia the Expedia representative called the hotel and I saw the hotel manager pick up the phone and hang up on Expedia. Expedia told me I would not be billed for no show and later I was billed.

Air conditioner did not work, steep stairs, TV remote didn't work, sink faucet leaked. Heather, desk clerk was good and beyond helpful. She brought us fan to help with hot room.

Gone by the time we got to get coffee. Coffee was burned and no food and it was 7 o’clock

The hotel public areas were very dirty and disorganized. The bed sheets appeared clean, but the floors were not vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned well, and the facility was extremely outdated.

I arrived to a room that smelled like an ash tray. It smelled like that because someone left one outside the window on top of the air conditioner with the window open. Someone went up while I was out and was supposed to do something about it and when I returned, there was hardly a difference.

I was told that I didn’t have a reservation. The motel was full. I expect my money back.
