La estancia ha sido maravillosa. El sitio es muy bonito. Todo limpio. El personal muy muy amable. El Riad queda cerca de todo y fácil a encontrar. Recomiendo a todos.

En general bien, en teoría se podía pagar con tarjeta pero al llegar informaron que era solo en efectivo, un poco inconveniente. El estado del riad super bien, el desayuno ok.

L hôtel est bien placé, petit déjeuner de qualité et personnel agréable et professionnel.Malheuresent les prestations énoncés ne sont pas au rendez-vous pas de spa il ne fonctionne pas depuis un moment et la propreté des bain de soleil est a revoir.Nous aurions aimé profiter de notre séjour détente comme cela aurait dû être le cas.Un geste commercial serait apprécié pour palier à notre déception. Stayed here with my girlfriend for one night. We parked in the main Essaouria car park, where there are porters who will take your bags to the hotel in a cart which costs 20 dirham. This hotel has two of it's own porters which can be identified by the logos on the carts. You can't drive into the old town. The hotel is a beautiful Riad, very stylish. The owner gave has a warm welcome and some really nice coffee on arrival. The room was nice, but unfortunately not perfect. There was hair in the shower and sink (black hair, so definitely not ours!). The shower didn't drain very well, so on first use it overflowed and got our clothes on the floor wet before we noticed what was happening. The doors to all rooms are closed using large traditional bolts, however, they are stiff to operate and very loud. The sound travels through the Riad. It didn't bother us, but it would certainly wake up a light sleeper. The roof terrace is really nice and there's a kitchen up there where breakfast is prepared and served. The breakfast was very good. At checkout, the owner called a porter who came to collect our bags, so that was nice and easy. Without the cleaning issue, drainage issue and noisey door locks, it would be a 5/5. But, based on my personal experience, 3/5 is fair. The price was very reasonable for how beautiful the hotel is, but regardless of price, I expect everything in a room to function correctly and be completely clean.
