SEALOFT, Aldeburgh , Stay in Suffolk

We were in Aldeburgh for carnival and due to the property being so central we were able to pop in and out between duck races and carousel rides - gorgeous terrace for a rest while all the action went on below. Very well equipped and at last for a holiday rental ,I did not feel I had to do any extra cleaning before we settled in.

Given the choice, the bed in the non en-suite room was far comfier than the master, but unfortunately by the time we realised it had been claimed by my daughter. Sofa also not overly comfy though suits the aesthetic!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da- besonders bemerkenswert ( neben der Tatsache dass man ungern wieder auszieht) ist die geschmackvolle Einrichtung .

The retention of the deposit for ten days. Booking.com stated 7 days. ten days feels draconian and unnecessary.

Great location and sea view. Lovely little place in beautiful Aldeburgh. Modern clean and spacious. Beds were comfy too.

Wonderful position with view of the water.

We had trouble working the appliances and instructions in the manual were sometimes inadequate. For instance English appliances often need a switch on a nearby wall to be turned on before starting. This was not indicated. We never managed to get the heating to work. Finally the instructions for check out were unusually onerous.
