"Excellent"

Ett mycket trevligt och fräscht hotell. Skön säng, härliga lakan och bra temperatur i rummet. Dock var det totalt stopp i avloppet i duschen så inget vatten rann undan. Meddelade personalen detta som bad om ursäkt men fick tyvärr ingen kompensation. Men i stort nöjd med hotellet! Och jättebra frukost.

Dejligt værelse med der var beskidt. Vinduerne var med fedt finger på. Væggen var der tydelige tage på at der var løbet tinge af. Kopper og teskeer var brugte og beskidte. Der var klart ting som kunne forbedres

"Lagom men fräscht hotell med stora hissproblem"

Bokade två nätter här eftersom jag trodde att det skulle vara ett nytt och fräscht hotell i Jönköping. Det var absolut fräscht, men kändes kanske lite lagom. Frukosten var bra och det var enkelt att parkera, med fin utsikt från rummet. Tyvärr var hissystemet ett stort problem – vi fick vid flera tillfällen vänta över fem minuter på en hiss, vilket ledde till långa köer både inne och utanför hissarna. Nästa gång väljer vi nog tyvärr ett annat hotell.

Blev besviken på standarden. Inget kylskåp, inga klädhängare(1st), ingen plats att ha sina kläder. Frukosten var mycket bra och bra ljuddämpning. För varmt i rummet och kunde inte ändra. Vacker utsikt.

"En oas i Jönköping "

Makalös utsikt över Vättern, från ett rymligt och vackert inrett rum. Härlig säng och panoramavy(hade ett hörnrum vån 11). Restaurangbesök lite frustrerande, då personalen var underbemannad. Fick vänta väldigt länge på service och första servering. Dock oerhört trevligt bemötande då servicen väl kom.

"Lækker udsigt"

Super fint hotel med den skønneste udsigt over Vätteren. Vi havde booket et familieværelse, men blev ændret til to connecting rooms, fordi vores sønner nok var for store til en sovesofa. Uden ekstra beregning. Well done.
