Fint rum med oslagbar utsikt över Vättern! Trevlig personal som trivs med sitt jobb gav oss den bästa vistelsen. Härlig frukostbuffé. Inget saknades. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

"You won't regret staying here!"

I just really enjoy this hotel! From the amazing views to the rooftop hot tub to the very pleasant and helpful staff, I no longer consider any other hotels in town. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. I've never had any issues with cleanliness. They have a great gym and a very good breakfast. The attached restaurant is also quite good. Location is pretty perfect in terms of getting around and, though it is a bit tight, it's nice that they have a parking deck underneath. My suitcase got lost for a couple of days and I was FASCINATED to learn that the Quality actually has rental workout attire for a VERY good price! It is the only reason I had a change of clothes for my first day in town.

"The service was outstanding"

The hotel, service, and location were all excellent. What truly earned the hotel the highest rating, however, was the outstanding support we received from the staff. Emma and her team were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond when we needed help, turning our stay into a truly memorable experience. More people should follow Emma's example!
