LEYSHOF HOTEL

This is NOT a 5-star property as being advertised and shown.. It's not more than a 2 star guest house with poor amenities, very poor service, untrained and rude staff that can not speak English. It's actually a small guest house located in downtown Mwanza . The staff is poorly trained and lacks hospitality and manners. The rooms are small and ACs don't work . Upon being asked for a remote , I was rudely informed that it's not working! Overall, advise everyone to AVOID this property as it's being misleadingly shown as a 5-star property !

Everything about is poor and BAD !

The location is very good, offering secured parking space. Hotel is clean

Great location with so many places easily accessible on foot or within a short distance from the hotel.

If driving, parking space is very limited

Practical and central in the middle of Mwanza. Close to everything.

The sound of traffic inside the room was very loud. Not for light sleepers

Food was good.

Time taken for serving food, need to wait a lot.

I enjoyed fresh fish meal

Improve Room service Provide enough towels in the room for double occupancy

Breakfast very poor staff not sympatic and looking unhappy the environment is bad a lot of noise market mosc etc.
