"There's a room for improvement in service. The property is good."

The bed was very comfortable 😌

There was no WiFi so wasted my whole day without working. I ordered food and it came after 1.5 hours. TV channels were not working however a staff came and managed to sort it after 20 mins.

The room was very clean and spacious.

We asked for a quiet room but it wasn't the case, the windows don't close well and therfore a lot of noise from the street and the mosque came in. From around 5 AM you can hear different mosque's. The people that worked there were not unfriendly but maybe unexperienced ? They couldn't speak English very well, in the restaurant and at the reception. We felt sometimes a bit uncomfortable. The bed is very hard.
