Gold Coast Inn Traverse City

It was clean and bed was comfortable.

NO staff, needed codes to open ALL doors. Bldg, room, back deck and front balcony.

The only issue we really had was our cable box but that was fixed

I am a returning customer and this is a very nice hotel. Clean and smells good. Comfortable bedding and big shower. Nice out door seating areas and great view of the bay.

I had some automobile issues and you're cleaning personnel kindly loan me a tool to help solve the problem. She was nothing but kind and compassionate and helpful.

The room was very nice and the cost was very reasonable.

It was my bad, but I did not see that it was a pet friendly place, even though it was in their description. I probably won't stay here again due to that. Dogs barking does not make for a restful night's sleep.

Close and convenient to everything traverse city has to offer .

There was nothing to dislike .

No hangers in room. Clean room. No frills decor .Comfortable bed. Door lock was flimsy.

The location was central to a lot of activities

I was getting ants coming in under the large gap on bottom of door.
