Great location. Very spacious apartment. Lovely rooms with plenty of natural light. Well kitted out. Just around the corner from the sea and the high Street. The apartment was better than the photographs.

We didn't like the microwave. We had a bit of a problem with our bed which I'm sure has now been resolved..

Loved it all - may be worth warning people stairs are difficult if you have mobility issues but otherwise brilliant

The location was one street back from the seafront. It was easy to find the property and access the front door. The property feels spacious and airy and bright. Plenty of crockery and glasses plus big American fridge freezer. A big spacious lounge with two sofas. The two bedrooms were well laid out and the beds and duvet were very comfortable. Really appreciated two bathrooms too.

Nothing, all was very good.

It was in a good position for everything in Aldeburgh. We got to park outside everyday. Good kitchen facilities. It is nicely furnished and decorated with big rooms. Beds were comfortable. Responsive staff.

The internet was intermittent all week which ruled out TV streaming. We did report it and the staff investigated but it wasn’t fixed. BT is needed. Twin room shower was lukewarm. The other shower was perfect. Three left hand rings on the gas hob don’t work properly. Central heating difficult to work out. A manual is needed. Stairs might be too steep for any elderly or those uneasy on their feet.

Big rooms. Lovely living room. Big well equipped kitchen

Ice was stuck in water cooler in fridge. Didn’t work The bed broke tipping my husband out on the floor during the night. Had to move to other bedroom. Have in formed stay in suffolk. The stairs are lethal. Need a rail where the stairs turn round. My husband wanted to catch up on some work so had heavy computer stuff to drag up the stairs . But I accept that is our problem. The property was difficult to find in the dark A downstairs loo would be good because of the stairs

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-located

The heating was timed to come on at 4am (?) which seemed early and the banging pipes woke us up. Maybe set the timer later?

Great location, very spacious.

There are a few stairs to get to the apartment making unpacking and loading a bit time consuming and could be tiring for older clients.

Very spacious and well placed for walks o town or along the coast

Moved the sofas to sit closer together and found no one had cleaned under them for a long time! No spare bin bags which made final tidy up more difficult.
