Parking was available but not always next to the apartment.

We stayed for 4 nights at 4 Market Cross in Aldeburgh and though the place was pleasant we had a poor time owing to no hot water running from either of the showers, and the main bathroom's sink had a broken pipe which meant if it ran it would flood the bathroom so was unusable.  We contacted Air Manage Suffolk on Friday morning after noticing this and we were told a plumber would come to fix the same day. We left the keys in the lock awaiting the issue to be fixed, and it was not done throughout the entirety of our stay. A plumber instead turned up on Monday morning as we were checking out to fix the issue.  After talking to Airmanage Suffolk on our departure day we were told there there would be considerable recompense. However they have instead offered us £20 compensation which seems very poor indeed given we weren't able to shower for the entirety of our stay. Had we known these issues before booking we would have stayed elsewhere. Especially as some of these issues were known by the company before our stay. A poor situation that was managed poorly.

Great location, modern clean bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and very spacious.

Blinds in bedroom were not working and curtains very light so was awake early. Bed a little hard.

We were helped to use the key safe by a gentleman who was working in the garage. The paperwork we had to hand (the rest was in our car) showed the wrong key safe number. The correct number had been sent to us later but we were unaware that it had changed. There is a need for instructions to use the oven, very difficult for us to use. Also instructions needed for the new showers as we had to ask a member of staff to come and demonstrate.
