Excellent location for walks and the high street. Well kitted out with all you need if you choose to eat in but with lovely restaurants to choose from you have a choice!

The property was lovely but if we were to change anything it would be the shower … very small and the parking situation. We had to keep moving the car between on street and the car park but during February this wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of spaces but guessing during the summer months this may not be as easy.

Great position close to sea and central for all facilities. Heating system excellent and easy to control. Bed comfy and quality linen.

No dishwasher so cutlery and pans a bit greasy (not cleaners fault!). No microwave Shower scolded on first use (Not obvious the warning over the sink referred to the shower!) Light carpets and pets allowed not a good combo?

Very clean and comfortable apartment and well set out. We went in cold February and heating was set that apartment was always comfortable. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Excellent location with pubs, supermarket, restaurants and beach a couple minutes away. Kitchen has all you need if you want to home eat. Parking no issue by using streets just a few minutes outside centre. Would stay again.

Great location in the centre of the High St. Plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy bed. Good shower.

Bathroom sink a little small. Costly, but having said that, all of Aldeburgh is costly.

Excellent location. Clean, warm apartment with all the facilities we needed and a comfy bed. Parking was easy to find (being out of season) on cragg path.

If I was to be really picky, I would say that the entrance area smells a bit from the cafe but it doesn't affect the apartment itself.

This is a charming property in an excellent location. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is in an excellent location with shops, restaurants and beach directly available. We stayed in the winter, so it might be noisier in peak periods, but it was really peaceful.

There is no dedicated parking and the adjacent carpark had a limit of 4hrs with no return within 4 hrs although it was free between 6pm and 8am. We found a large area of free parking at the opposite end of the High Street about a 15 min walk away along the seafront.

Fabulous location. Very comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Christmas tree was a nice surprise, and much appreciated!

Book needs updating either wifii details as we had to call to find login details. Would have preferred a microwave rather than coffee machine in kitchen area.

Warm, cosy, beautifully furnished, great location, sea view, welcome pack of wine and milk was much appreciated.

The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. Everything else was perfect.
