"Awesome place to stay"

Our stay was wonderful. The property is safe and clean. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with. The washing machine is very convenient. Lots of space to hang your clothes. The grounds are quiet and serene. We would love to stay here again someday.

Spacious, well presented, clean, comfortable, secure parking, well equipped kitchen, nice outside area. Great for Heathrow & pick up

The £300 deposit after booking was a bit of a shock; hope it’s refunded quickly, as I am 100% sure we left the property as we found it & followed all instructions.

"served it’s purpose purely due to its location but that’s it."

location

it was not clean. there was dust everywhere. we all felt the place needed and deep cleaning. the amount of pots, pans, knives, kitchen ware was excessive. the gardens were sad to sit in, it look sad, cheap and neglected. couldn’t enjoy any views due to the big 10ft trees.

Apartment itself is amazing. Comfortable bed and nice garden. Equipped kitchen.

Terrible customer service and check in experience . It was not written that the deposit must be pay in card AND without deposit guests are not allow to receive informations of the property. ( I would have understand if we did not pay in advance but not because of deposit) We were calling for 1.5 hours within the given checkin time (1700-1830). No one pickup the call at all. The agency is expecting to organise via self-checkin system but without a suitable phone contact. That was simply terrible.
