"Host read and left regarding parking"

It was in a decent location

The host did not respond to my text about parking which was said in text to be $25 a night after calling several times i received no response. I ended up paying $200 for park for 3 days. When we go to this property the cleanliness was not acceptable. however we had no other option as i already paid. I am still battling this between booking.com as they cannot get ahold of the host. Very disappointed will not rent from this host again. I will be sure to make aware to my friends and family about this situation. I am still waiting for a refund as this is unacceptable and will not not be tolerated.
