Great location, everything was just a short walk away. Really cozy and welcoming property that’s well equipped.

Parking can be a challenge.

Beautiful decor

The only confusing thing was the key safe - there were 2. One by the door ( not clearly visible) and one by the side door (clearly visible). I suggest the instructions make clearer which one holds the key please.

Beautiful house in an excellent location. Communication prior to arrival was very good, and we appreciated being able to arrange an early check-in. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Left a welcome bottle of bucks fizz extremely well equipped with information about southwold that drew our attention to local events. Fab, fab fab. Also booking was easy and questions were answered quickly. Also loved alexa. 🙂

The back door, didn't bt properly, felt a little insucure.

The property exceeded our expectations, the location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to a very friendly play area, 5 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to the shops. The property has lots of character, so homely and beautifully decorated. It was very clean upon arrival. Easy instructions for self check-in.

Creaky beds, steep stairs, not 100% clean but satisfactory in general (stains on carpet and sofas and one of the cupboards)

The place was a bit grubby and needs some TLC. Stains on furniture, soft furnishings and carpets. Lots of chipped paint, courtyard could do with a tidy, dead plants need replacing. Outside front of the house there’s were lots of cobwebs and some weeds again area could do with some TLC.
